Sagada LGU Offices

The Offices of the Local Government Unit of Sagada are located at the heart of the Central Zone, in Barangay Patay.

The New Municipal Building stands at what was formally called the burned area where the previous Presidencia stood. This 4-storey building houses the Mayor’s Office, the Local Civil Registrar, the Assessor’s Office, Treasurer’s Office, Accountant’s Office, Budget Officer’s Office, Agriculturist’s Office, Engineer’s Office, MENRO, Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator’s Office, and the Business Permit and Licensing Office. The BIR also holds an office at the 3rd floor of the building.

Below the New Municipal Building and across the road is the Old Municipal Building where the MSWDO, MDRRMO, MLGOO, and the Municipal Tourism Office are located. This building also houses the local offices of the national line agencies namely; the DTI, NCIP, and COMELEC.
